Operating System Installation

Installing an Operating System will take several hours of your time, and if something goes wrong you’re stuck with no help in sight. With this service a certified technician will provide a professional installation, registration and activation of the Operating System, as well as reinstallation of drivers so all your hardware works. The technician will also install up to three software programs of your choice.
Data Backup

Need to back up your data? Or are you about to have some computer work done and want to make sure nothing gets lost? Have a professional take care of it for you so you know nothing is missed. Our technician will back up to 30 GB of data to either your supplied external hard drive or onto two DVD’s. Additional data can be backed up at a cost of $5 per 5 GB. Please note that this is not a data recovery process – your hard drive must be in working order for a Data Backup to be performed.
Automatic Data Backup

If you already own an external hard drive our trained technician will use it to set up an automatic backup so that your computer will back up your data onto it on a schedule of your choosing. This will ensure that not only do you have a backup of your data but will always have a current copy of all of your data. With this service you may also purchase a drive-imaging program which will back up a whole image of your computer which can be used to restore your system in case of hard drive failure. Please speak with the technician about this option if you are interested.
Hardware Installation

Want to upgrade a component or install a new one? The natural electrostatic buildup on the human body can easily damage your computer’s internal components. Have a trained professional take care of it for you and remove the risk. Our technician will use proven anti-static methods to ensure your component is installed safely and correctly. Price does not include the cost of the hardware.
Memory Installation

Upgrade your performance – adding additional memory is the cheapest way to increase the speed of your computer. Our trained technician will install and test the memory to ensure you have no issues. Price does not include the cost of memory. Approximate in-home service time is 30 minutes.
