Our technicians have over ten years in computer repair experience and are at a minimum certified as a Microsoft Certified Professionals (Certified Desktop Support Technician) with the Windows Vista and Windows 7 updates and have the CompTIA A+ certification. We represent hundreds of hours of experience in diagnostics, virus/spyware removal, upgrades, custom computer building, home media integration, and networking.Please choose a category listed above for more information.

For your convenience, (and to keep prices down) our certified technician will come to your home at a time that fits your schedule, discuss with you the issues you are having*, and then take your computer to our service facility for repair or upgrade.** This way you do not have to wait around for hours while the work is being done. Then, once the services are completed, our technician will return to your home, re-connect your computer, and go over the completed work with you.* If you desire, the technician can perform the work on-site for an additional fee***. Please note that some services require the technician to remain on site for the work to be completed, such as TV mounting or wireless networking. (These services will state this on the description page) For these services, there is no additional charge.

* When picking up and dropping off your computer, the technician will set aside 30 minutes to discuss your computer issues/the services completed. This is in addition to the time taken to disconnect/re-connect and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues.

**Some small work can be completed on site, depending on the situation. If this is the case, the technician will offer this free of charge, set up an electro-static free workstation, and complete the work while you wait.

*** To have a service performed on site that normally would not be; the fee is $35/hour, outside of the 30 minute discussion period that will have already been set aside.
