Setting up a new computer for the first time is such a hassle. With this service our certified technician will come to your house and set up your computer (including speakers and keyboard), monitor, and printer. After your new computer is set up we will also install all Windows Updates and remove all pre-installed trail programs as well as perform a basic computer optimization which will provide a performance boost, right out of the box. Finally the technician will install up to three software programs. Please note that this service assumes you have an existing internet connection. Approximate in-home service time is 1 1/2 hours.

If you want to setup your computer yourself but want a certified technician to give you a performance boost, this inexpensive service is for you. With the optimization service all the trail & junk software will be removed, your start-up programs will be slipstreamed, and Windows will be modified to run more efficiently. The result is a 10-20% performance increase in system performance. Approximate in-home service time is 45 minutes.

Want to make sure that new piece of software gets installed correctly? Prevent errors from happening down the road due to improper installation by having a technician do it for you. Our certified technician will also make sure that the software is updated to the most current version (if possible) and is registered for warranty and service purposes.
